Stainless steel fabrics of size mini format they are mainly intended for smaller breeders. They are mainly used in the production of ventilation holes in plastic boxes, where they ensure maximum air flow, but at the same time they are able to prevent the escape of small insects.
 
All fabricswe are cuttingexclusivelymanually with maximum accuracy, the accuracy tolerance is dependent on the mesh size of the selected fabric. 
Thanks to the fact that the fabrics are made of high-quality stainless steel 1.4301, they have practicallyunlimited lifetime.  They have other uses, e.g. when tying up plants and mosses in terraristik or aquaristik.

Stainless steel 1.4301 meets the standard for contact with food and drinking water.
The fabrics are produced exclusively inCzech republic.

Technical specifications of the material: Stainless steel fabrics are made from wires of circular cross-section according to the standards ČSN 153110, DIN ISO 9044. The production of metal fabrics is certified by the quality control system according to ČSN EN IS0 9001:2000. Maximum usable air temperature 300 °C.
The light transmittance of the light is given in the table. Binding: smooth. 
 
Corrosion resistance in common type environments (water, weak alkalis, weak acids, industrial and metropolitan atmospheres). New marking according to ČSN 10088-1 1.4301 ( X5CrNi 18-10 ), old marking AISI 304, ČSN 17240, AKV 7 Alloying: Cr 17 - 19.5%, Ni 8 - 10.5%, C < 0.07%
 
ATTENTION: stainless steel fabrics are often confused with fabrics made of aluminum and galvanized steel! 
Aluminum fabrics although they are not subject to corrosion, they are extremely soft, so they often tear, deform and deteriorate.
Galvanized fabrics they are visually similar to stainless steel fabric. Although they are significantly harder than aluminum ones, their big disadvantage is frequent oxidation (corrosion) due to scratching of the corrosion-resistant layer of zinc.
